Most people are sold far more computer than they need, or something too underpowered to last. We'd rather ask what you do on it - email and photos, or video editing - and match the machine to that.
The part people appreciate most is the setup. A new computer out of the box is a couple of hours of accounts, updates, printers and moving your files. We do that at your place, and we don't leave until you can sit down and use it exactly like the old one.
